Stupid CoWorkers

I work in a hospital transporting patients. I have for the past six years, it pays decent enough for me to afford to work and go to school full time. The hospital i work for decided to outsource the management of the dept.

This is a management company brought into a unionized hospital. I for one am in the union but I'm not big on unions. i believe they can keep people in a job that deserve to be fired. now that is stated, the employees are what you might say idiots. if you have a concern about an issue, say a patient issue. where patient safety could be an issue, they will respond with "i will have to talk to ______ about it". that is it. that is all you will get out of the whole thing. you will never see any change, or anyone ask you about it, that is it.

Please help me I feel like I am stuck in hell. My boss is the moodiest person I have ever been around in my life and you never know what you are going to get with her. One day she is nice and the next day a total bitch! She is always making rude comments about everything and she never says thank you.

CS is a lady who lets you know that she has a title and she is very important for this very aspect. She has been with said company for awhile most likely due to the fact that she wouldn't get a job offer from any place outside of her present company --because she is a flaming bitch!

She thinks she is a beautiful woman. Women who are beautiful don't act like her. She is a insecure, hateful, cold, micromanging whore. She has no management skills and seems to think that treating your employees like squashed shit is the best approach. Watch our if you have better looks than her or if she suspects that you might have better personal status than her (more education) she will treat you even worse...

So I recently (a few weeks ago) started a job at a popular, healthy fast food restaurant - but it shall remain unnamed for this site. When I first started I'll admit I wasn't very 'fast' - who is, when they don't know what they're doing!?

I work for a small company - I mean really small. Basically it is the Owner, The Office Manager, and me, the Graphic Designer. When I took the job I was not aware that the Office Manager and the owner where dating. The Owner is never around and she acts like she is my boss - or “my boss through injection” as I like to call it. This would be fine if she was not such a total pain! I was hired with a Property Management Company a few years ago. I worked for them for less than 6 months. At first it seemed as though this was an answer to my prayers to be hired by "Such a wonderful Company!"

During my interview they made it clear to me that they were so happy to find someone with my experience and qualifications applying for the position. Wonderful!

So yeah...I started working in this place just over a year ago and right out of college. I was late getting my degree and had worked in the non-profit sector for years and years, so this job looked great to me not only because of the pay (it pays very well, I'll give it that), but also because I was guaranteed a work schedule that would accommodate further education. The catch? I had to work a very nontraditional schedule for a few months, six months max, and I would need to work in other departments as needed until my department was fully ready.

Hired about a year ago fresh out of law school, needed to be taught. All was well until the business started going down hill about 4 months ago. The managing partner is in love with the other partner. The "other" partner has already run one business into the ground of her own- bankruptcy. She shows up when she feels like it in the morning. First off their has been no formal training. Learn it all on your own kinda deal.
